ACCOUNTING POSITION

 

We are now looking for a person to join our Otorohanga office. Duties will include:

 

  •    Preparation of financial accounts for farmers and businesses
  •     Preparation of GST and Income Tax Returns
  •     General business and taxation work

 

The successful applicant may have a suitable qualification, but must have a keen interest in accounting, computer skills and clerical work, with attention to detail.  Excellent people skills, integrity and professionalism are required.

 

While some past experience and farming knowledge would be preferred, training will be given to the successful applicant. Our firm is an Approved Training Organisation. We offer professional development opportunities through distance learning.

 

While this is a full time position, we would consider applicants looking for reduced hours, however the ability to meet deadlines is important.
